Grand Prizes are awarded to participants who achieve the best portfolio management in their participation category.

Mentions of Institutional Excellence are awarded to participants who achieve the best portfolio management in their school, if there are at least 20 enrolled participants in the 2024 Bourstad Challenge in this school and their score as assigned by the Portfolio Management Summative Evaluation System is greater than or equal to 50%.

A participant cannot accumulate a grand prize and a mention of institutional excellence for portfolio management.
