Restrictions on participation in the general public version of the Bourstad Challenge

The following people are not allowed to participate in the general public version of an edition of the Bourstad Challenge:

• The employees of CIRANO, as this edition unfolds.
• CIRANO researchers and research professionals, as this edition unfolds.
• The persons whose services are retained by CIRANO to organize and supervise this edition of the Bourstad Challenge.
• Employees of Bourstad Program sponsors and partners.
• Persons acting as educational or dissemination officer for the activity of this edition of the competition in secondary and college-level institutions enrolled in the Bourstad Program for the school year during which this edition of the contest takes place.
